If you have never climbed before then, yes, to use our centre you’ll be required to complete an induction. Either watch the induction video or, if you would rather have a staff member talk you through it then book one of our free induction sessions.
We’ve got well stocked commercial-style gym for all your cardio, strength and conditioning needs as well as separated stretching / yoga studio! Don’t forget about our café!
Let’s face it, what you want to know is ‘do I have to be able to do a pull-up?’ the answer is no!
Our Centre has a wide range of problems to tackle, providing challenges for those who have never touched chalk all the way up to the seasoned professional!
